Martech Challenges: a European benchmark for the best social listening tools

For this exercise, SaasAdvisor gathered a jury of 8 professionals from the sector representing various brands, agencies and research institutes (Renault, OpinionWay, Guerlain, Coca-Cola, Digital Insighters, etc.). The objective of this benchmark of 7 major monitoring tools was to offer a framework for the European market, as an alternative to the existing analysis (G2Crowd, Forrester...).

The various solutions were evaluated by the jury between May 28 and July 28, 2019 on criteria such as data coverage, analysis & enrichment, and the intuitiveness of the features of these platforms. Here are the results of this ranking by points!
