Talkwalker has an immediate opening for an Office Manager in our Singapore office, the company’s JAPAC headquarters. The Office Manager plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining company culture. Though tasks will be varied, the Office Manager is an integral member of our supportive, family-oriented and collaborative organization. The ideal candidate has office and client management experience in a creative environment along with basic technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IT, Finance and HR, specifically with new hires, current employees and client management.
  • File important documents (financial, receipts, invoices, etc) on a regular basis
  • Prepare and process Expense Reports in a timely manner
  • Assisting with travel booking and reservations
  • Manage postal services (packages, mail send/receive)
  • Be the local recruitment support by managing specific website, organise onsite interviews and be the first point of contact with providers
  • Have basic computer skills to be able to assist IT Support with setup and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Assist IT Support with Computer equipment purchases and inventory
  • Provide general support, including organizing supplies, scheduling and inventory management
  • Be the contact person for the cleaning service provider and report if issues occur
  • Manage relevant office policies and documents
  • Provide strategic administrative & project management support
  • Observe and react to potential physical hazards that may pose to employees and suggest actions to be taken if required
  • Welcome all visitors, clients and candidates

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of office management experience
  • Experience with Calendar Management and maintaining office supplies
  • Very good interpersonal, organizational skills and time management competencies
  • Excellent attention to detail and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for social media and new technologies 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
