Product team, located in Luxembourg, manages all products and product lines, from the Freemium products (like the famous
Talkwalker Alerts) to the flagship products such as Analytics and Quick Search. Our product experts have the challenging mission to deliver products that prospects dream to buy, deliver updates that make our clients stay with Talkwalker forever… while managing expectations from many different stakeholders.
Talkwalker is an online and social data analytics software company specialized in listening, analytics and reporting that empowers over 2,000 brands analyzing online conversations on social networks in 187 languages. The company is extremely international with headquarters based in the city center of Luxembourg and has additional offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, Paris and Tokyo.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the product positioning and messaging that differentiates Talkwalker in the market. You should be able to communicate Talkwalker offerings to a wide range of audiences including existing customers & clients, prospects, account managers and salespeople.
You will be key in providing the Talkwalker salesforce with the right elements to help them sell the products. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in understanding customer language, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.
Key responsibilities:
Develop product positioning and messaging that articulates and differentiates the Talkwalker products in the marketArticulate Talkwalker value proposition and value drivers, centered on the business problems we solve for our customersMarket research and competitive intelligence – be the expert in understanding buying behaviors, how customers buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competitive knowledge and why Talkwalker products are better than competitors’Product launch – plan the launch of new products in close collaboration with the marketing team, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the planCommunicate the value proposition of the products to the sales/account management teams and develop the sales materials that support the selling process of the Talkwalker productsDevelop product collateral for all audiences including demos, sales presentations & training, FAQs, one sheets, and other product collateral as needed
Qualifications:
2-3 years of product/strategic marketing experience within the technology industryYou have a university degree in business or marketing (or an equivalent qualification)English is your first spoken languageGood knowledge of main marketing methodologies, market research techniques, product positioningYou have strong copywriting skills
