The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

7+ years’ experience in the following industries: media monitoring, consumer insights/market research, communication, or marketingYou have used a social listening tool previously (mandatory)You have managed a team before (mandatory)You have project management experience You have been working in the digital landscape You are at ease with analysis and have relevant experience in deriving insights from large data sets You have gained experience in a business development, sales or customer success role You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiences You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification You are fluent in English, any other languages would be assets You have a ''can do'' mentality and go above and beyond Willingness to travel
