They are responsible to connect with prospective clients to introduce them to Talkwalker and demonstrate the value of our analytics platform throughout the Marketing, Communications and Insights departments.

As a key member of the Media, Sports & Entertainment team, your responsibilities will include:
Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to maximize their potential, optimize their skills, and over-achieve their quotaInspire and coach your team in effectively working with the Media, Sports and Entertainment Account Executives and Sales Directors to create account plans, research target prospects and individuals, engage CRO’s, CMO’s, CTO’s, and other stakeholders of various lines of business, and secure meetings which will open the door for new sales opportunitiesUtilize all the tools and resources available such that each SDR can meet the demands of the job and over-achieve their personal goalsTake a personal interest in developing creative and inspiring initiatives that will set positive examples across the rest of the SDR organization Report to the Global Vice President of Media, Sports and Entertainment and help coordinate Global business development to optimize learnings and successful best practices from and throughout other theatresSeek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking, collaborating with our ecosystem partners, utilizing business referrals, attending local and regional networking, tradeshow events and conferences. Develop and enhance processes that will support the scaling of the businessMaintain accurate, timely records in Salesforce.Consistently and accurately represent your pipeline, forecast and activity while meeting and exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Four-year college degree3-5+ years of software sales experience working across various stages of the sales engagement processProven leader who has led inside sales and/or business development teams for 2-3 years reporting to a global management team who has a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotaStrong business acumen (preferably from the industry but not limited to), extensive SFDC knowledge, good communication skills, and an energy to help the team overcome obstacles and drive successAn intellectual curiosity and a desire for excellence that requires continuous learning and a desire to promote the same amongst your team
