The role of the Sales Enablement (Effectiveness) is to help sellers reach quota in their respective regions by delivering global world-class training and developing the professional skills of all tenures’ Sales Individual contributors on an ongoing basis.
The Sales Effectiveness team’s goal is to reduce time to quota, increase skill set and facilitate knowledge so everyone has the same opportunities to learn and promote best practice from different teams.
Our Individual Contributors must be extensively guided and trained in our sales methodology, Talkwalker’s best practices, interpersonal and business skills in order to become the top technology sales in the industry, able to deliver unparalleled value to our clients and prospects.

Reduce the time to full quota for our Sellers through continuous learning and coachingDevelop role specific training programs and KPIs to measure program effectiveness (average deal size, conversations etc)Coach sales teams on Talkwalker’s Consumer Intelligence Acceleration Platform, Methodology, and sales process disciplines (Account Planning, Opportunity Management, Sales Performance Management)Leverage tools like (Salesloft and Gong) to facilitate data driven coaching interactionsDefine and optimize Talkwalker’s account / territory planning, sales process(es), opportunity pursuit, and sales performance management processesImprove content retention using creative learning techniques and (e-learning, face to face, 1:1 coaching)Support content creation and content management for the Sales Playbooks Participate in regular dialogues and problem-solving sessions with sales leaders to close gaps in methodology, best practices related to sales productivity)Work in collaboration with other regional sales effectiveness managers to share best practices.Support Geo/Region Lead in creating an unrivaled environment for associates to grow and develop their careers. Provide Feedback to our Talent Acquisition teams to better target the right talents
You have 7+ years of experience in sales, sales management, enablement or learning and development and preferably in the software industryExperience in the PR, Marketing or Consumer Research industry is a plusYou have a university degree or equivalent experienceYou are fluent in English, any other language is a plusYou are flexible, like to work independently and target-oriented, and simply get things done
