To further strengthen our support team, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent in charge of the German-speaking market.

As a member of the support team, you will:
Prioritise, troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesProvide support to all users of the platformInvestigate any occurring customer problemsReport issues and requests using ticketing systemsRespond in professional and timely manner to clientsImport, assess and assign leads and data into CRM systemsSet up and optimise client projects
We are looking for you:
You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plusYou have gained 1-2 years of experience in customer support-related roleYou have great communications skills (written, spoken)You are not afraid to talking to clients directly, and enjoy getting their issues solvedYou have the drive and discipline to autonomously handle customer requestsYou enjoy working in a dynamic and open communication cultureYou show initiative in improving the products and customer serviceYou are self-motivated, focused, well-organized and simply get things done
