We are the connector across all Talkwalker departments and share best practices and provide high-level of knowledge and expertise
The Solutions Coordinator at Talkwalker participates in the development of solutions designs to strengthen our CSM and sales team working with corporate level clients. The Solutions Coordinator will act as a collaborator and sales accelerator to help to steward our customer relationships and is responsible to provide product feedback.

Key Responsibilities
Solutions Team
Assisting in cross collaboration between offices LUX / US
Help to create preconfigured dashboards and presentations based on company positioning
Craft stories and presentations based on Talkwalker use cases
Contribute to Global Solutions Industry Newsletter
Participate in solutions team monthly webinars
Support solutions team members on company initiatives and enterprise business opportunities

Act as a resource for sales leaders for winning new customers
Materialize compelling cutting edge solutions adapted to the needs of the prospects that the sales teams will uncover
Create custom projects and dashboards for sales team for SMB accounts
Optimizing the presentation of the tool, in its setup, and with compelling visuals

Customer Success Team
Collaborate with CSM team to grow selected accounts

Work together with the product development team to provide product feedback and test specific improvements.

Cross Team Collaboration / Product Enhancement / Strategy
Research competitors to provide intelligence for teams – work with Knowledge
Center Manager and product team
Work in collaboration with Sales, CSM, Partner and Product teams
Report directly into the Head of Solutions Europe

You have relevant experience in the media monitoring industry, in a communication/PR agency, or a marketing/communications technology company
You have gained experience in a business development, sales or customer success role
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiences
You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification
You are fluent in Asian Language (Preferably Japanese and Chinese) and English, any other languages would be assets
You have a ''can do'' mentality
