Key Responsibilities:
Review, analyse and document processes across all departments of the companyDeeply understand our provisioning and billing system and associated processes, assisting Sales, Account Management and Finance departments on request while proposing improvementsLead and follow up on the progress of improvement initiativesTrain and perform presentations to end users about functional topics. Facilitate workshops for a variety of audiencesGenerate and automate business reportsMaster and utilise our existing internal toolsIdentify, document and minimize risks
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Salesforce Administration3+ years experience in Salesforce development to cover: Custom Objects / Applications Apex (coding, triggers) Process builder Workflow SFDC – 3rd Parties Integration experience Lightning compatibilityFluent in EnglishConsulting experience is a plusSFDC administration / development experience for SaaS organizations is a strong plus
