We are hiring a world-class Office Manager to support our headquarters' operations based in Luxembourg. This role requires a strategic partnership with executives, leadership and operations teams, as well as high levels of autonomy and confidentiality. Our ideal candidate will thrive in Talkwalker’s innovative and fast-paced organization, expanding their skills and abilities within a growing company.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and revision/creation of corporate policies;Organizing events and participation in related projects;Assistance to leadership requests (catering, guests, events, invites, ad-hoc) and administrative tasks;Monitor and maintain facilities’ standards and liaise / contact with service providers;Align and cooperate with other Office Managers in other Office locations;Travel arrangements/supervision of bookings and expenses;Coordinate with contractors for occasional maintenance requests;Management of basic office supplies’ stock;Supervising receptionist and attached duties, occasional replacement of reception desk;Cooperation and collaboration with global Executive assistant team.
3+ years experience in a similar position;Fluency in French and English, both written and oral, additional languages are considered as an advantage;Keen eye on tidinessExcellent interpersonal and communication skills;Customer-focused with positive, helpful attitudePunctual, well organized and comfortable with multi-tasking;Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Office experience preferred (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc);Basic computer and standard office equipment operating experience (printer, scanner);Adept presentation skills.
