Marketing Manager – UK & Nordics

Through our AI-powered analytics platform, we gather data from the conversations that happen around brands - online, in the media, and within companies themselves - to uncover, understand, and action consumer insights. Key responsibilities:

  • Grow Talkwalker’s presence and market demand for our offering in UK & Nordics region
  • Define the regional marketing strategy based on global guidelines and market specifics, and own its multichannel execution to maximize the ROI
  • Create, organize and implement integrated marketing campaigns online and offline with support from the global marketing team
  • Build the company’s relationships with local media, and foster relations with local media, publications, prominent industry experts and influencers within the social media, marketing analytics, CI and CX space in the region. Serve as primary contact to answer incoming PR enquiries
  • Regularly write and promote content on owned and earned media channels (social, web, blog) to drive awareness and demand generation: thought leadership, trending stories, case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Support the integrated EMEA region marketing strategy with a strong focus on enterprise marketing/account-based marketing
  • Contribute to strengthen our social presence and engage with our community on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube
  • Select and organize our presence in strategic industry conferences and trade shows
  • Organize Talkwalker’s own local events and webinars
  • Regularly analyze, measure and report on the performance of marketing activities based on a set of pre-defined KPIs, constantly improve the strategy, CPL and regional marketing ROI
  • Be part of the brand new London-based Talkwalker team, and a key contributor to the overall EMEA region as well as the global marketing department of Talkwalker
  • You will manage one Marketing UK/Nordics executive
  • Qualifications:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience Social Media Communications, Digital PR, Influencer Marketing and Content Marketing
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications, strong interpersonal skills
  • You like building relationships and networking
  • You work independently, are well-organized, get things done and collaborate openly with team members
  • You enjoy being in a fast-paced environment
  • You have great time management skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to travel
  • Your English is native level, fluency in any Nordics language is a plus
