Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects;Deploy project management tool within Product & Technology group;Outlining and defining Project/Program/Portfolio goals and strategies;Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports;Coaching, leading and supporting Product Leads in roadmap preparation & release delivery/launch;Manage strategic initiatives programs;Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities;Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures and standards;Liaising with stakeholders and end-users regarding project/program requirements;Educate team members about Governance and lead best practices adoption within the organization ;Implementing document control policies and documentation templates;Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence;Regular reporting to the Executive team;Conducting risk assessments.
At least 4 years of experience in a previous Project/Program/Portfolio Management role in the IT/SaaS or Digital industry;Fluent in English;Experienced in the software development lifecycle (Agile/SCRUM is a plus);Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals;Experienced with project management tools;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Outstanding leadership, organizational and time management skills;University degree from Computer Science/IT is considered as an asset;Having a relevant PM certification is considered as an advantage (Prince or PMP);Experience/knowledge in portfolio management is an advantage.
