Talkwalker is an online and social data analytics software company specialized in listening, analytics and reporting that empowers over 2,000 brands analyzing online conversations on social networks in 187 languages. The company is extremely international with their headquarters based in the city center of Luxembourg and has additional offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Paris.
Be responsible for the whole data strategy of all Talkwalker productsDevelop a roadmap for new data to add to Talkwalker products, in close collaboration with other product managersBe the single point of contact for data already available, and disseminate information throughout the company, to sales/marketing, and also developersKeep up to date with data providers APIs evolutions, and suggest product improvements accordinglyInvestigate on data sources requests, evaluate interest for Talkwalker products, and estimate integration effortsAssist other Product Managers in the definition of Talkwalker products, especially regarding data possibilitiesFollow-up and monitor data integrations, detect and correct anomalies or data discrepanciesContribute to API testing phases
You are fluent in English, any other language is an additional advantageYou are rigorous, organized, analytical and a good team playerYou have worked for 3-4 years in a similar role, preferably in a software companyYou have a first experience in technical product managementYou have a strong understanding of development concepts and processes, and industry best practices regarding APIsYou have experience with analytics, data, forecasting, and developing business casesA first experience with SaaS product management or with digital analytics would be a strong plusYou have a university degree with a technical or business specialisationYou are flexible, like to work independently and target–oriented, and simply get things done
