VP, Revenue Operations

Talkwalker is a powerful engine, which runs on the “finest oil” called The Operations team. Team Operations serves as an enabler between departments and services to keep Talkwalker’ processes running as efficiently as possible.

At Talkwalker, we are looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to join our fast paced and impactful team. This is a hands on management role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer with a strong dotted line to the VP of Business Systems. The successful candidate will help guide and enable our Revenue organization to better utilize and optimize our marketing/sales/service tech stack to help meet the demands of our growing business. You will work closely with your fellow RevOps team members as well as cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enterprise Systems and key senior leaders to execute our overall systems strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the leader for understanding RevOps business processes and translating into concrete recommendations for systems design and workflow
  • Manage a team of business operations analysts responsible for analysis and recommendations for each of our marketing, sales & customers operations teams
  • Ensuring the foundations of scalable executive reporting through the development of systems automation as well as process improvements to ensure hygienic data
  • Collaborating with various RevOps and cross-functional team members in translating business requirements to functional technical specifications across systems to meet the needs of our end users
  • Building SOPs and training programs in collaboration with our enablement team to ensure proper systems utilization
  • Develop a comprehensive Deal Desk function ensuring all transactions meet corporate guidelines and assisting the Sales team in complex deal structuring
  • Devise quota, headcount, and territory plans
  • Create business review and board materials
  • Deliver proactive and predictive data-driven insights to sales and marketing leadership to enable rapid decision making
  • Create reporting dashboards so that the business can use the information to optimize and coach reps on how to build sales plans and help them identify where to focus
  • Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of related work experience, extensive knowledge of revenue tools, processes, and forecasting
  • Exceptional management and leadership experience
  • Experience with business case development, go-to-market strategy and operations, forecasting, metrics tracking/reporting, strategic planning, territory planning, predictive account and lead scoring, sales compensation
  • Strong reporting skills including proficiency in Excel & Salesforce
  • Detailed knowledge of sales, marketing, and analytics tech stacks
  • Hypergrowth experience - scaling teams and processes through rapid company growth
  • Experience with B2B and channel partnerships
