Define marketing strategy, plan, and budget for the Americas region to drive Talkwalker’s brand awareness and revenue growthManage a team of 10 cross-functional members (local field marketing & BDR) to run local integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, webinars, email marketing, events, influencer marketing, content, etc.) based on global strategic directionsConstantly optimize the regional marketing strategies for scale to maximize the ROI from the local marketing spent,Develop strong visibility for Talkwalker within the influencer community in the regionBe a Talkwalker’s spokesperson at the fairs, and develop a high level of visibility within the marketing communityResponsible for the Americas editorial direction and marketing calendar,Coordinate local outbound marketing efforts including BDR & ABM according to the global strategyWork closely with the Customer Marketing functions to deliver customer success stories in the regionEnsure alignment and collaborate with cross-department stakeholders (marketing organization, sales, customer success, etc.)Build relationships with sales and customer success teams’ leadership. 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, in a team manager’s position within SaaSExperience of developing, implementing and delivering effective digital marketing strategies and multichannel campaigns to grow market demandExperience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnelAbility to enable data-driven decisions and show a deep interest and comfort working with ROI and metric-driven modelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of producing press releases, copywriting and delivering presentationsExperience with Marketing automation tools, web analytics tools, CRM and webinar solutions. Knowledge of Salesforce / Tableau is a plus Ability to think outside of the box and find creative and unorthodox program solutions that give the brand its edgeAble to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner, be self-motivated and proactive, and display composure and calmness under stress and uncertainty while inspiring the same in othersYou are fluent in English, second language is a plus.
