As a member of the Payroll team, you will be handling the remuneration for our employees spread across 10 countries.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure payroll related tasks including administration, payment of salaries (across 10 entities and countries), social security contributions and taxesIn accordance with the various legislation, perform the necessary declaration for entry and exit of employeesPrepare the monthly payroll instructions and ensure they are processed in a timely and accurate fashionProvide monthly report needed for accountancy purposes to the Finance department, including personnel costs, accruals, accounts reconciliations, provisions, etc.Act as a first point of contact for all payroll-related questionsEnsure compliance with social security and local laws and regulations and provide advice when neededTake part in the annual process (Performance bonus, end-of-year tax declaration, interest subsidies…)Provide assistance when needed for the implementation of cross department projectsWork in tight collaboration with the Benefit & Compensation teams.
Qualifications:
You hold a Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or similar2 years of experience in payroll management in Luxembourg, we remain flexible on the years of experienceExperience with other payrolls will be considered as an asset (French, German, etc.)Have a good knowledge of local labour law, social security, and tax practicesExcellent knowledge of ExcelHands-on experience with HRISHave strong analytical skillsStrong clients focus orientationDetail-oriented, self-motivated, organised, and work well under pressureExcellent knowledge of English and French. Any additional language will be an asset.
