Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to further strengthen our HR Department and contribute to the success of our company.

The HR department is in charge of recruiting, developing and retaining the employees of the company with the objective of maintaining it as a great place to work. 
At Talkwalker, the HR department has a strong focus on recruitment in order to support the development of the business internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment strategy with the Director of Talent Acquisition (US & LATAM)
  • Define and develop the appropriate sourcing strategies based on hiring needs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our NYC office
  • Source, evaluate, and network with top tier talent using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to discuss the go to market recruitment strategy
  • Generate employment offers, manage salary negotiations
  • Provide relevant metrics on recruitment activity
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires
  • Promote and develop the employer branding strategy in the US
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of SaaS recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and managing multiple searches at once  
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish (Must Have)
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Lever
  • Skilled in leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with creating candidate pipelines for both active and passive positions within multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions and Marketing)
  • Knowledge of G-suite applications
  • Team player who is willing contribute to both the growth and culture of the organization
