Solutions provides strategic advice and are the industry (and product) experts for sales, marketing, product and customer success teams across Talkwalker.

The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create tailor demo environments and presentations to showcase Talkwalker to prospects
  • Participate in Sales pitches & present live Talkwalker to prospects
  • Work on implementing / adapting clients listening & analytics  solutions
  • Assist team to centralize requests, dashboards, use cases
  • Prepare first level of response to RFPs
  • Provide product feedback and test new beta version of Talkwalker
  • Contribute to Global Solutions Industry Newsletter
  • Participate in Solutions team monthly webinars
  • Facilitate the dissemination of knowledge & expertise across teams
  • Qualifications:

  • You have 1+ years of experience in the following industries: media monitoring, consumer insights/market research, communication, or marketing
  • You are familiar with the digital landscape
  • You are at ease with analysis and deriving insights from large data sets
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification
  • You are fluent in Asian Language (Preferably Bahasa) and English, any other languages would be assets
  • You have a ''can do'' mentality
