Talkwalker is a powerful engine, which runs on the “finest oil” called The Operations team. Team Operations serves as an enabler between departments and services to keep Talkwalker’ processes running as efficiently as possible.
Talkwalker is looking for an Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. The Revenue Operations Analyst/Manager will provide insights and analysis used by executives and front-line employees alike and will partner with our Tech and Business Operations teams. This role will be crucial to the company’s ability to make data driven decisions and help drive our continued growth and success.
To excel in this role, you should have a natural analytical mindset, be intellectually curious, display strong communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. This is a remote role working across the company, but as a member of the Operations organization.
Own and maintain analytic support for the core Revenue & Operations teamsWork closely with Revenue Leadership as a partner and trusted advisorCollaborate with tech and business operations teams to support the execution of our GTM strategy throughout the revenue teams (marketing, sales, customer success)Develop and maintain robust, scalable reports and dashboards to better monitor performance and serve all relevant stakeholders, leveraging both Salesforce and TableauAnalyze key operational metrics for the field sales team to uncover trends, identify opportunities and flag risks and issuesReport sales and marketing performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; help identify trends, gaps, and opportunitiesManage customer data using various data sources & reporting in Salesforce and TableauWork with cross-functional business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc) to develop necessary on-going and ad hoc reporting and analysis in a collaborative mannerEffectively communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional team members and managementProactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet evolving business requirementsPartner with Tech and Business Ops teams to design and implement changes to Salesforce.comSupport ad-hoc Revenue Operations projects.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, FP&A , economics, statistics or a related field4-6 years of professional work experience as an analyst in sales operations, marketing operations or financeStrong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence toolsExcellent MS Excel and Google Sheets skills2+ years Salesforce experience; Admin certification preferred Experience with Customer Success tool, such as GainsightExperience working in a growth technology companyPrior B2B SaaS experience a plus
