Manage end-to-end localization projects for Talkwalker globally, monitoring time, quality, and cost constraintsCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand and define their Localization needs and requirementsHelp optimize or establish new localization workflows and processes across products and content in all languagesEvangelize localization and internationalization best practices in order to influence teams to design and build for global Ensure regular reporting to key stakeholders across the business and transparency on project status and KPIs Partner with external vendors and internal team members and support them with the provision of suitable training and reference/contextual information so that they are equipped to deliver the best possible quality within the agreed time and budgetMonitor and report on localization costs for your projects to ensure adherence to budget
University degree in Localization/Languages Studies, IT/Computing or Data ScienceProven track record of successfully delivering complex localization projects in a fast-paced technology environment5+ years experience in localization project/program management Deep experience of CAT/TMS localization toolsFluency in a language other than English Ability to flex the approach and localization methodology based on content type or project requirementsGreat communication and influencing skills to push for new ideas and optimized Localization workflows across the businessCreative and tenacious, with the ability to work proactively rather than reactivelyQuality-focused, detailed-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills to allow for the effective management of concurrent projects
