Talkwalker is a powerful engine, which runs on the “finest oil” called The Operations team. Team Operations serves as an enabler between departments and services to keep Talkwalker’ processes running as efficiently as possible.

Talkwalker is an online and social data analytics software company specialized in listening, analytics and reporting that empowers over 2,000 brands analyzing online conversations on social networks in 187 languages. The company is extremely international with headquarters based in the city center of Luxembourg and has additional offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, Paris and Tokyo.

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to further strengthen our Operations team and contribute to the success of our partnerships and Talkwalker in the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluation, analysis, testing and documentation of new and existing business workflows, processes and features
  • Make data corrections and amendments based on reporting / monitoring results
  • Issue resolution related to Marketing, CSM, Sales, Partner processes
  • Regular data sanity checks and data updates / corrections in various business critical systems
  • Reports / dashboards creation in Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau
  • Data uploads to CRM
  • Monitoring, correction of object assignments and false records in CRM
  • Access rights setup for business users in various platforms
  • Participation in various exciting projects
  • Create, maintain system- and user documentation
  • Monitor and correct KPI related information in databases
  • Analysis and correction of Order Forms
  • Client and accounts data reporting, monitoring and corrections
  • Fields and data points creation
  • Occasional training for colleagues
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS organization and in Partnerships or Sales Operations
  • You have the capacity to quickly learn and effectively utilize various business management software applications
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce.com is a strong advantage
  • You are rigorous, organized, analytical, a good listener and a good team player
  • You have a university degree with a technical or business specialisation
  • You are flexible, like to work independently, are target-oriented and simply get things done without forgetting the end user
  • You are fluent in English, any other language will be considered an additional advantage
  • You have worked up to 2 years in a similar role, preferably combining IT and functional expertise
