About the Role:
As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will own the research and engagement strategy for the most critical profile searches across (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, Partnerships and Marketing) roles at Talkwalker. You will build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent.
Assist in with sourcing strategy with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the T/A team (US & LATAM)Define and develop the appropriate sourcing strategies based on hiring needsPartner with US & LATAM talent acquisition team and senior level hiring managers and to help drive the search execution process.Identify and engage passive talent using a wide range of sourcing toolsBuild and maintain a network of engaged talent across functionsDevelop strong client relationships, and become a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers
4+ years of SaaS and or Agency sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and managing multiple searches at once NYC or RemoteBS/BA degree or equivalent years of experienceExperience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talentExpert level sourcing ability leveraging multiple channels--boolean strings, Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, x-ray search, email identifier toolsStrong knowledge of ATS systems, preferably LeverExperience in creating candidate pipelines for both active and passive positions within multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, Partnerships and Marketing) Knowledge of G-Suite applicationsTeam player who is willing contribute to both the growth and culture of the organization
