The HR department is in charge of recruiting, developing and retaining the employees of the company with the objective of maintaining it as a great place to work.

About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will own the research and engagement strategy for the most critical profile searches across (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, Partnerships and Marketing) roles at Talkwalker. You will build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in with sourcing strategy with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the T/A team (US & LATAM)
  • Define and develop the appropriate sourcing strategies based on hiring needs
  • Partner with US & LATAM talent acquisition team and senior level hiring managers and to help drive the search execution process.
  • Identify and engage passive talent using a wide range of sourcing tools
  • Build and maintain a network of engaged talent across functions
  • Develop strong client relationships, and become a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers
  • Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of SaaS and or Agency sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and managing multiple searches at once
  • NYC or Remote
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
  • Expert level sourcing ability leveraging multiple channels--boolean strings, Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, x-ray search, email identifier tools
  • Strong knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Lever
  • Experience in creating candidate pipelines for both active and passive positions within multiple departments (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions, Product, Partnerships and Marketing)
  • Knowledge of G-Suite applications
