The Academy team’s purpose is to provide a user experience that enables our users to achieve success in their daily work by providing them the right answers at the right time. We create an environment where our users can easily navigate and find answers to their questions about our Consumer Intelligence Acceleration PlatformTM,, our products and how they can be tied to business outcomes. The team works closely with other stakeholders to ensure that the overall experience is meeting or exceeding user expectations.
Key responsibilities:
Designs and develops technical product training curriculum and content that may use a variety of delivery methods including instructor-led courses, virtual, web-based or other learning solutionsEnsures that training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products/services. Designs course outlines, gathering supporting technical documentation and developing course workbooks, presentations and trainer notesMay use web-based courseware or other online learning development tools/software to create interactive tutorials, course modules, certification materials, etc., that include simulation scenarios, progress checks and knowledge assessmentsInterfaces with engineering to develop specifications for course contentFacilitates testing and evaluation of training material with stakeholders for technical integrity
Qualifications:
You have experience of working in the SaaS industryYou have excellent written and verbal communicationsYou have technical writing skills as well as the capability of translating technical concepts into laymen terms and value propositionsYou have previous experience in working with Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, PowToon, and Adobe CC (preferred)You have previous experience in publishing learning content in SCORM format to any internal LMSYou are able to work independently and take ownership of your projectsYou have a university degree, preferably related to business or communicationYour English level is native, any other language is a plus
