Talkwalker Customer Intelligence (CI) lives on the fact that companies can only have the true view on how their brands are perceived by their clients by merging social data and customer data in one platform. CI aims at integrating all these different types of customer data (reviews, surveys, support chat data, call center data), processing this data through the Talkwalker AI engine, and deliver in a simple way insights on how to improve products, customer experience, or customer care.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the team of Talkwalker Customer Intelligence Product ManagersDevelop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for Customer Intelligence Grow the Customer Intelligence Product team, to be able to deliver on market needsBring new ideas in support of your vision and objectives to the tableWork with internal teams, clients, industry experts, and stakeholders to source and generate ideasAnalyze ideas and bring recommendations to leadership for prioritizationDefine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product functions and features Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in developmentOversee implementation and release workflow and deadlinesOversee and own the overall execution of product featuresHold regular project reviews with Development and QA teams ensuring that the product will meet business requirementsDraft release notes and material for launchesKeep internal stakeholders up to date on the production process and progressPerform product presentations to internal stakeholders. Facilitate workshops with a variety of audiencesMeasure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launchesGather user feedback and establish internal feedback loopsWork with QA and support to diagnose and remediate bugs
Qualifications:
You are fluent in English, any other language is an additional advantageYou have previous experience in Consumer Intelligence, ie collection, and analysis of customer data (surveys, call center calls, customer support chat, …)You are rigorous, organized, analytical and a good team playerYou have worked for 4-7 years in similar roles, preferably in software companiesYou have a university degree with a technical or business specializationYou are flexible, like to work independently and target-oriented, and simply get things done
