They are responsible to connect with prospective clients to introduce them to Talkwalker and demonstrate the value of our analytics platform throughout the Marketing, Communications and Insights departments.

As a key member of the Media, Sports & Entertainment team, your responsibilities will include:
Engage in prospecting outreach utilizing personalized and targeted emails, calls, social media activity and other effective tacticsSeek out new sales leads and business opportunities through active networking, collaborating with our ecosystem partners, utilizing business referralsWork collaboratively with the Media, Sports and Entertainment Account Executives and Sales Directors to prioritize the top targets, develop account plans, research target prospects and individuals, create action plans and executeEngage all levels of the target organization (Practitioners, Directors and Executives) in thoughtful, provocative and insightful ‘value-add’ discussion such that it will drive interest and lead to securing successful meetings in order to open the door for new sales opportunitiesUtilize all the tools and resources available such that you can meet the demands of the job and over-achieve your personal goalsTake a personal interest in developing creative and inspiring solutions to prospecting that will lead to success and set positive examples across the rest of the SDR organization Report to the SDR Manager supporting the Media, Sports and Entertainment organization Maintain accurate, timely records in Salesforce.Consistently and accurately represent your pipeline, forecast and activity while meeting and exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Four-year college degree1-2 years (minimum) experience in an SDR/BDR capacity with a verifiable track record of success and goal achievement in a sales-oriented capacityA desire to learn how to successfully excel in a high-growth software company and work towards one-day carrying a quota as an Outside Sales individual contributorExperience/interest to enhance your business acumen (preferably from the industry but not limited to)A curiosity specific to Consumer Intelligence and the role Social Media playsSFDC knowledge, good communication skills, and an energy to help the team overcome obstacles and drive successAn intellectual curiosity and a desire for excellence that demands continuous learning and a desire to promote the same amongst your team
