They are seen as the internal and external consultants for customers, prospects and internal employees. Solutions provides strategic advice and are the industry (and product) experts for sales, marketing, product and customer success teams across Talkwalker.

The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise. The Solutions Team knows the personas Talkwalker sells to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening) where we market our products and solutions. The Solutions Team is comprised of digital storytellers. And they are seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenges our customers face and the potential range of solutions whether Talkwalker or otherwise, and to illustrate the value Talkwalker provides and to integrate Talkwalker solutions into conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Talkwalker’s Protect, Measure and Promote framework across an organization. They organize, plan, and run Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), presentations to clients, dashboard demonstrations, and actively participate in Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings.

The Senior Director of Strategic Solutions is a senior leader on the Strategic Solutions team at Talkwalker and is a renowned expert on digital, social and marketing analytics. You are a collaborator and sales accelerator, and you will help our sales leaders and customer success managers develop and deepen our customer relationships while providing strategic counsel on industry best practices, product use cases, and digital marketing excellence.  

Purpose of this team:   

To become a trusted partner for C-Level and the most competent people to plug into any stage of the sales process to grow the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic consulting, consultative selling techniques, industry knowledge/expertise and thought leadership to support the various business functions across Talkwalker, sales, marketing, presales (inc solution consulting), business insights and customer success/value realization.
  • Develop new/enhance existing processes & methodologies that weave strategic consultative practices and knowledge into the customer engagement sales process.  
  • Provide Industry/consumer intelligence/CX points of view and thought leadership that initiates and supports director, VP and c-suite level conversations. Help the sales team elevate conversations to identify the pain above the noise and reach the economic buyers within a business.
  • Enable Talkwalker to grow by becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our customers and prospects
  • Drive net new growth in large enterprise and global strategic account acquisition as well as account growth expansion within existing tier 1 customers.

  • Cross Team Collaboration / Product Innovation / Strategy

  • Work in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Partner and Product teams 
  • Support the product team with functional and customer expertise as well as feedback to improve new and existing products and applications   
  • Validate concepts, functionalities and products with customers 
  • Provide recommendations on digital and social strategy internally and to prospects, and clients 
  • Contribute to building Talkwalker offering in order to be competitive with strategic and enterprise customers  
  • Be the expert for implementing customer-centric solutions, measurement methodologies and analytics 
  • Support and collaborate on innovation initiatives and the product roadmap 
  • This role reports directly to the Chief Innovation & Insights Officer
