Talkwalker is a powerful engine, which runs on the “finest oil” called The Operations team. Team Operations serves as an enabler between departments and services to keep Talkwalker’ processes running as efficiently as possible.
· General computer configuration
· Install, repair, upgrade and configure hardware and/or software products
· 3rd party application troubleshooting
· Deal with requests received through our ticketing system or by email
· Liaise with users, managers, and other support staff to ensure timely resolution of problems
· Active Directory and Google Suite management
· Asset movement, cable arrangement, printer, and network maintenance
· Administration of services and logistics related to all company locations
· Inventory and procurement
· Mobile Device Management via JAMF/Intune
· Create and update documentation
Qualifications
3+ Years of experience Technical SupportExperience with windows server and domain administrationTroubleshooting of Windows + Mac and associated programsExperienced in Office 365 administrationActive Directory administrationJAMF/Intune administration/configNetwork configuration and administration skillsScripting in Powershell, BatchBasic Unix knowledgeVOIP systems knowledgeFamiliarity and experience with conferencing tools, Asset Inventory, License administrationNetwork protocols and networking hardware knowledgeExperience dealing with equipment vendors and hardware shipping logisticsBasic + Linux knowledgeEnglish + French language. German would be beneficialExcellent client relation skills
