As a member of the Human Resources Department, you will:
Support the head of HR in talent & performance management strategyBe focused on people development and retentionBe the main point of contact for all HR related queriesBe responsible for onboarding processesOrganize and deliver internal trainings and follow up external trainingsWork on company policies and guidelines and advise recommended necessary changesCreate and lead key HR projects Implement and run company eventsBe in charge of the HR internal communication Build strong business relationships with internal clients in understanding their business and processesBe the HR Support for the offices in the US
We are looking for you:
4+ years of experience in an HR business partner or similar HR roleExcellent knowledge of Luxemburgish labour law is mandatoryMaster’s degree level in HR management, Law or equivalent experienceExperienced in supporting teams in different locationsFluent in French & English You are self-motivated, focused, well-organized and simply get things done
