Support the head of HR in talent & performance managementBe focused on people development and retentionBe the main point of contact for all HR related queriesBe responsible for onboarding processesOrganize and deliver internal trainings and follow up external trainingsCreate and lead key HR projects Implement and run company eventsBe in charge of the internal communication Be the HR Support for the offices outside of Luxembourg
We are looking for you:
5+ years’ experience in an HR business partnerDegree level in HR management or a related field Strong HR knowledge and experience with multiple disciplines including employee relations, performance management, employment law, compensation practices and strategy
