In this role, you will work within the Talkwalker Marketing team, and in close collaboration with our Product & Technology team, which manages all products and product lines, from Freemium products like our famous Talkwalker Alerts, to flagship products such as Social Intelligence and Customer Intelligence. Our product experts have the challenging mission to deliver products that prospects dream to buy, deliver updates that make our clients stay with Talkwalker forever, while managing expectations from different stakeholders. 

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the product positioning and messaging that differentiates Talkwalker in the market. You should be able to communicate Talkwalker offerings to a wide range of audiences including existing customers & clients, prospects, account managers and salespeople.
 
You will be key in providing the Talkwalker sales, customer and marketing teams with the right elements to help them sell our products.  In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in understanding customer language, buying behavior and criteria, and will transfer that knowledge to the Talkwalker organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that articulates and differentiates the Talkwalker products in the market, working closely with our Product & Technology team;
  • Articulate Talkwalker value proposition and value drivers, centered on the business problems we solve for our customers;
  • Market research and competitive intelligence – be the expert in understanding buying behaviors and criteria; be the expert on competitive knowledge and why Talkwalker products are better than those of our competitors;
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products in close collaboration with the marketing team, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan;
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales/account management teams and develop the sales materials that support the selling process of the Talkwalker products;
  • Develop product collateral for all audiences including demos, sales presentations & training, FAQs, one sheets, and other product collateral as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product/strategic marketing experience within the technology industry. Bonus points if you’ve previously worked for a SaaS platform;
  • You have a university degree in business or marketing (or an equivalent qualification);
  • Good knowledge of main marketing methodologies, market research techniques, product positioning;
  • You have strong copywriting skills;
  • Your English is native level, knowledge of a second language (French, German, Spanish) is a plus.
