Assist in the recruitment strategies for our US Sales division with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition & Chief Sales OfficerDefine and develop the appropriate sourcing strategies based on hiring needsManage the full-cycle recruitment process across the USSource, evaluate, and network with top tier talent using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools Partner closely with hiring managers to discuss the go to market recruitment strategy Generate employment offers, manage salary negotiationsProvide relevant metrics on recruitment activityAssist with the onboarding of new hiresPromote and develop the employer branding strategy in the USParticipate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks
Minimum 5 to 7 years of SaaS Sales recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and managing multiple searches at once Strong knowledge of ATS systems, preferably LeverSkilled in leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn RecruiterExperience with creating candidate pipelines for both active and passive positions within a growing and thrive SaaS sales organization Knowledge of G-suite applicationsTeam player who is willing contribute to both the growth and culture of the organization
