The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

Solutions Team Act as a digital storyteller communicating the value of Talkwalker products based on company positioning Act as a leader & expert within the team and educate solutions consultants on customer use cases and feedback based on experience along with coaching to evolve their digital storytelling skillsDesign and execute sales arguments and value propositions for new products and use cases Coordinate and manage strategic projects Maintain strong positive relationships with counterparts, develop client influencing skills through accomplished technical research coupled with effective oral and written communication Work in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partner and Product teams Help optimize solution team processes and vision Participate in global solution team webinars – internally and externally Map out potential integrations with new and existing customers, and help to create preconfigured dashboards and presentations based on company positioning Assist in cross collaboration between offices globally Assign projects to you and your team based on availability, skillset and revenue size Manage a team of up to 5 people to grow and nurture their careers Provide monthly reporting based on the team’s activity
Sales Work on enterprise and strategic accounts to act as a resource for sales leaders for to win new customers and expanding existing relationships Identifies opportunities to support regional Head of Sales outbound priorities whenever interim Solutions resource becomes available from prolonged inbound slowdownParticipate and add value in sales opportunities Develop compelling cutting-edge solutions adapted to the needs of the prospects that the sales teams will uncover Create custom projects and dashboards for sales team working on enterprise accounts Optimize the presentation of the various tools, guide their setup, and generate compelling visuals
Product Collaborate with product team to productize solutions and advise on the product roadmap to drive innovationWork together with the product development team to provide product feedback and test specific improvementsAssist in the creation of go to market strategies for new products
You have 5-7 or more years of experience in the following industries: media monitoring, consumer insights/market research, communication, marketing, software, or management consultingYou have managed a team before or coached/mentored a group of individualsYou have been working in roles across the digital landscape and possess significant project management experienceYou are at ease with analysis and have relevant experience in deriving insights from large data setsYou have gained experience in business development, sales or customer success roleYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiences and comfortable presenting to c-level executivesYou have a university degree or an equivalent qualificationYou are fluent in English. (Additional language skills would be an asset!) And, you are willing to travel as the economy reopens to global travel
