Support and facilitate the day-to-day cross-functional operations of the UK business. Aligning engagement, accountability and execution of programmes and directives;Collect, consolidate and present data from operational systems to be able to highlight operational health of the NE market;Ownership and facilitation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual business Cadence i.e. xlob and lob;Assistance to requests administrative or otherwise in support of the leadership team;Ownership of UK staff administration i.e. liaising with global HR, Benefits, finance or otherwise to ensure timely resolution of issues and actions;Organizing internal events such as staff meetings, training sessions and the occasional external client event for the NE business;Flexibility to respond to ad hoc requests that support the growth of the market. I.e. research, outreach, sourcing. This role will continually evolve so adaptability will be key;Monitor and maintain facilities’ standards and liaise with our service providers; Coordinate with contractors for occasional maintenance requests and support Office relocation projects;Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and revision/creation of corporate policies; Management of basic office supplies’ stock for our UK team;Support travel and logistics where appropriate, coordinating executive visits etc.;Dotted-line report to global Executive Assistant team and Office Management teams to ensure consistent best practice.
Demonstrable experience in a similar position;Clear executive communication and presence to drive accountability and engagement.A natural organizer who lives and breathes process improvements;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you will be part of the fibre that holds our organizational fabric together;A collaborative mindset;Punctual, well organized and comfortable with multi-tasking;Customer-focused with positive, helpful attitude;Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Office experience preferred (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc);Basic computer and standard office equipment operating experience (printer, scanner);Adept presentation skills.
