To further strengthen our client servicing team, we are looking for an Account Manager in charge of the German-speaking market.

As a member of the Account management team, you will:
Setup and coach partnerships with existing clientsOptimize sales potential by proactively assessing client’s needs and offering adapted solutions Nurture our clients in order to surpass their expectations and establish long term relationshipsConsult our clients on the initial on-boarding and subsequent use of the Talkwalker to help them leverage social data in their overall businessNetwork and attend relevant conferences and tradeshowsParticipate in our overall service and sales strategy.
We are looking for you:
You have gained at least a 3-5 years business development or account management experience in the media monitoring industry, in a communication/PR agency or in a software companyYou are fluent in German and English, any other language being a strong additional advantageYou enjoy working in a dynamic and open communication cultureYou have a university degree or an equivalent qualificationYou are self-motivated, try things out on your own and simply get things done.
