The company is extremely international with their headquarters based in the city center of Luxembourg and has additional offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Paris.
The HR department is in charge of recruiting, developing and retaining the employees of the company with the objective of maintaining it as a great place to work. 
At Talkwalker, the HR department has a strong focus on recruitment in order to support the development of the business in Europe and in the US.

Key responsibilities:

  • Mapping out our recruitment needs by planning and implementing the appropriate sourcing strategies for the EMEA & JAPAC regions
  • Providing relevant and up to date metrics on recruitment activities and budgets
  • Leading the talent acquisition team while providing resources in line with our organizational hiring needs, in addition to successfully implementing and completing KPI’s
  • Creating and executing immediate and long-term hiring strategies that will re-define current operational processes
  • Working within our ATS to support the team’s workload and measuring recruitment data
  • Partnering with the business leaders to understand hiring needs and establish specific sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborating with the business stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs and requirements, all while ensuring effective go to market strategies for each organizational need
  • Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of recruitment experience and 5 years of experience in leading recruitment teams within the SaaS industry
  • Having a good understanding of local labor law, social security, and tax practices
  • Able to switch between operational duties and strategic projects that will shape our HR services globally
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, and work well under pressure
  • Strong knowledge and utilization of LinkedIn and its capabilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with Lever ATS (Nice to have)
  • Knowledge of G-suite applications
