Key responsibilities:
Mapping out our recruitment needs by planning and implementing the appropriate sourcing strategies for the EMEA & JAPAC regionsProviding relevant and up to date metrics on recruitment activities and budgetsLeading the talent acquisition team while providing resources in line with our organizational hiring needs, in addition to successfully implementing and completing KPI’sCreating and executing immediate and long-term hiring strategies that will re-define current operational processesWorking within our ATS to support the team’s workload and measuring recruitment dataPartnering with the business leaders to understand hiring needs and establish specific sourcing strategies.Collaborating with the business stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs and requirements, all while ensuring effective go to market strategies for each organizational need
Qualifications:
7+ years of recruitment experience and 5 years of experience in leading recruitment teams within the SaaS industryHaving a good understanding of local labor law, social security, and tax practicesAble to switch between operational duties and strategic projects that will shape our HR services globallyDetail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, and work well under pressureStrong knowledge and utilization of LinkedIn and its capabilities Fluent in EnglishExperience with Lever ATS (Nice to have)Knowledge of G-suite applications
