We are currently looking for a Digital Communication Officer – APAC market to join our marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Grow Talkwalker’s presence and market demand in India as a key market for the Asia Pacific region by driving its marketing strategy, content and campaign execution
  • Support the integrated APAC region communication strategy and assist in its planning, development, and execution of regional initiatives, with a strong focus on enterprise marketing
  • Develop a PR strategy and foster relations with APAC media, publications, prominent industry experts and influencers within the social media/marketing analytics and CX space
  • Create, organize and implement communication campaigns online and on social media channels
  • Constantly write, publish and promote content on owned and earned media channels (social, web, blog) to drive lead generation and conversions: thought leadership, trending stories, case studies, white papers, etc.
  • Contribute to strengthen our social presence and engage with the audience on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube through active community engagement
  • Organize our presence in events, conferences and trade shows
  • Regularly analyze, measure and report on the performance of APAC marketing activities based on a set of pre-defined KPIs, constantly improve the strategy
  • Be part of the Singapore-based Talkwalker team, and a key contributor to the overall marketing department of Talkwalker
  • Qualifications:

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications within a social media savvy company or a digital/PR agency, with a strong understanding of the major markets in Asia
  • You have experience in public relations and/or effectively working with or managing a PR agency
  • You have a strong knowledge of Social Media Communications, Digital PR, and Content Marketing
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications, strong interpersonal skills
  • You like building relationships and networking
  • You work independently, are well-organized, get things done and collaborate openly with team members
  • You enjoy being in a fast-paced environment
  • You have great time management skills, the ability to multitask and a willingness to travel
  • Your English is native level, fluency in another Asian language is a plus
