IT Support Intern -6 Months

Luxembourg - Operations

Talkwalker is a powerful engine, which runs on the “finest oil” called The Operations team. Team Operations serves as an enabler between departments and services to keep Talkwalker’ processes running as efficiently as possible.

We are looking for an IT Support Intern to further strengthen our Operations team in Luxembourg for a minimum period of 6 months and contribute to the success of our Talkwalker products in the market.

As an IT Support Intern you will be working side by side with our IT Support team in resolving IT related problems across the several Talkwalker offices and employees in order to ensure that the whole company has the adequate IT tools and services working properly and efficiently. 

As a member of the Operations team, you will:

·       Prepare equipment for the new employees joining our company;
·       Set up equipment across the company e.g. VoIP phones and other conferencing tools, TV screens in meeting rooms, etc.;
·       Analyse IT related problems and perform related troubleshooting.

We are looking for you

  • You have a basic technical understanding of computers and networking;
  • Familiar with Microsoft products;
  • Capable of analyzing and troubleshooting problems;
  • You are rigorous, organized, a good team player and enjoy to simply get things done;
  • Are more than 18 years old;
  • Fluent in English, any other language will be considered an additional advantage.
