Senior Training Delivery Specialist (Academy team)

The Academy team’s purpose is to provide a user experience that enables our users to achieve success in their daily work by providing them the right answers at the right time. We create an environment where our users can easily navigate and find answers to their questions about our Consumer Intelligence Acceleration PlatformTM,, our products and how they can be tied to business outcomes. The team works closely with other stakeholders to ensure that the overall experience is meeting or exceeding user expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design of Training
  • Conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses
  • Create, and develops informational training sessions as well as all associated collateral (decks, activities, etc)
  • Own the training calendar and coordinates with training and enablement specialists globally to plan synchronous and asynchronous training sessions
  • Create and design a train the trainer program for internal product training

  • Delivery of Training Solutions
  • Presenting and moderating virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning events, including coordinating with other instructors and subject matter experts 
  • Ensures that training solutions are made available and delivered timely and effectively

  • Measurement and tracking of training solutions 
  • Provide status reporting, issue identification and problem solving
  • Providing monthly, annual and ad-hoc reporting

  • Key Responsibilities Knowledge Bases
  • Actively work on improving user experience on our knowledge bases
  • Create and publish content to our knowledge bases
  • Review and update content following a review schedule
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that content stays relevant to our users
  • Be a part of the release processes to ensure that our internal and external users are enabled in a timely manner
  • Manage the backend of our knowledge base software
  • Provide regular reports on the usage of our knowledge bases
  • Qualifications:

  • You have experience of working in the SaaS industry
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications
  • You have technical writing skills as well as the capability of translating technical concepts into laymen terms and value propositions
  • You have previous experience in working with knowledge base software and database management systems
  • You are able to work independently and take ownership of your projects
  • You have a university degree, preferably related to business or communication
  • Your English level is native, any other language is a plus
