Head of Operations

We are looking for a Head Of Operations to further lead our Operations team and contribute to the success of our Talkwalker products in the market.
As a Head Of Operations working for the Operations department, you will be in charge of analysing, improving and documenting processes throughout the company, as well as being the preferred point of contact for Salesforce, our CRM tool.
As a member of the Operations team, you will:
Lead the team responsible for the design, improvement and implementation of operationalprocesses in and across several departments in support of organizational goals (sales, marketing, finance, account management, HR, …)This includes sales (optimization of Salesforce, sales process and links to other departments, lead scoring, …), marketing (automation tool, email processes for suspects/prospects, …), finance (contracting, invoicing, payments collection, …), account management (follow-ups, test optimization, …), HR (new hires, yearly reviews, …), company-wide (document management, new offices, onboarding, ...), data protection (data protection, information security, …)Plan and implement ad-hoc projects resulting from these operation processes end-to-endDefine and track quality measures and implement quality improvement projectsConstantly monitor and report on progress of projects and initiatives to all stakeholdersReport in progress to top management of the company
We are looking for:
You have worked for 10+ years in a role designing, implementing and managing projects and processes, preferably in a consulting company (Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, KMPG, EY) combining IT and functional expertiseYou have lead international teams of at least 5 peopleYou have a university degree with a technical or business specialisationYou are rigorous, organized, analytical, a good listener and a good team playerYou are flexible, like to work independently, are target-oriented and simply get things done without forgetting the end userYou are fluent in EnglishYou have experience in a SaaS organization is preferred but not mandatoryGood knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
