Luxembourg - Operations

Talkwalker is a powerful engine, which runs on the “finest oil” called The Operations team. Team Operations serves as an enabler between departments and services to keep Talkwalker’ processes running as efficiently as possible.

Talkwalker is a leading social listening & analytics company with over 2,000 clients globally. Through our AI-powered analytics platform, we gather data from the conversations that happen around brands - online, in the media, and within companies themselves - to uncover, understand, and action consumer insights. Key responsibilities:

  • General computer configuration
  • Install, repair, upgrade and configure hardware and/or software products
  • 3rd party application troubleshooting
  • Deal with requests received through our ticketing system or by email
  • Liaise with users, managers, and other support staff to ensure timely resolution of problems
  • Active Directory and Google Suite management
  • Asset movement, cable arrangement, printer, and network maintenance
  • Administration of services and logistics related to all company locations
  • Inventory and related tasks
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Create and update documentation
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of experience Technical Support
  • Experience with windows server and domain administration
  • Troubleshooting of MS Windows and associated programs
  • Experienced in Office 365 administration
  • Active Directory administration
  • Network configuration and administration skills
  • Scripting in Powershell, Batch
  • Basic Unix knowledge
  • VOIP systems knowledge
  • Familiarity and experience with conferencing tools, Asset Inventory, License administration
  • Network protocols and networking hardware knowledge
  • Basic + Linux knowledge
  • English + French language
  • Excellent client relation skills
