General computer configuration
Install, repair, upgrade and configure hardware and/or software products
3rd party application troubleshooting
Deal with requests received through our ticketing system or by email
Liaise with users, managers, and other support staff to ensure timely resolution of problems

2+ Years of experience Technical Support
Experience with windows server and domain administration
Troubleshooting of MS Windows and associated programs
Experienced in Office 365 administration
Active Directory administration
Network configuration and administration skills
Scripting in Powershell, Batch
Basic Unix knowledge
VOIP systems knowledge
Familiarity and experience with conferencing tools, Asset Inventory, License administration
Network protocols and networking hardware knowledge
Basic + Linux knowledge
English + French language
Excellent client relation skills
