Maintain, Reconcile, and resolve Accounts Receivable assignment (considering complexity of diverse market conditions and methods of business for each different geographical customer location);Respond to customer inquiries and take appropriate actions;Resolve disputes in respect of Invoices / Statements sent to customers;Manage complex reconciliation of variances in payment deductions and credits issued;Escalation matters appropriately with Customers and within the Wiley Organization to resolve delinquent issues;Recommend write-offs and 3rd party collection agency referrals;Maintain the integrity of Credit & Collections Master Data;Prepare reports as required accurately and within deadlines;Screen new clients to assess the credit risk;Handle bookkeeping of AR and payment receipts;Manage the reminder process;Liaise with our account managers to control the customer access to the service;Propose and manage bad debt provisions to management.
3 to 5 years experience managing AR for complex key relationship accounts in a Business to Business environment;Strong knowledge in Netsuite Accounts Receivables is a plus;High proficiency with MS Excel required;Fluency in English and French, Spanish is a plus;Strong organizational and time management skills;Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
