The HR department is in charge of recruiting, developing, and retaining the employees of the company with the objective of maintaining it as a great place to work. 

At Talkwalker, the HR department has a strong focus on recruitment in order to support the development of the business in Europe and in the US.

We are looking for a dynamic & innovative HR Business Partner to further strengthen our Human Resources Department and contribute to the success of our company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the CHRO in talent & performance management;
  • Be focused on people development and retention;
  • Vast experience with driving a positive work culture;
  • Working closely with your internal business line VP;
  • Be the main point of contact for all HR-related queries;
  • Organize and deliver internal trainings and follow up external trainings;
  • Create and lead key HR projects;
  • Be the HR Support for the EMEA Region;
  • Experience with labor laws within the following countries: Luxembourg, Germany, and France.
  • Qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years experience in an HR business partner;
  • Degree level in HR management or a related field;
  • Strong HR knowledge and experience with multiple disciplines including employee relations, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, and strategy;
  • You have experience working on a global level with C-level executives;
  • You are fluent in English and any other language is a plus.
