You have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment agencyYou love Linkedin and have a strong knowledge of the toolYou do not believe that job boards only will provide the best candidatesYou like sourcing candidates from abroad You have good negotiation skills & persuasion forceYou are fluent in English
