The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

The Solutions Consultant will act as a collaborator and sales accelerator to help to steward our customer relationships and is responsible to provide product feedback.
