The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

Customer Success Team:Collaborate with CSM team to grow selected accounts
Product:Work together with the product development team to provide product feedback and test specific improvements.
Cross Team Collaboration / Product Enhancement / Strategy:Research competitors to provide intelligence for teams – work with Knowledge Center Manager and product teamWork in collaboration with Sales, CSM, Partner and Product teamsReport directly into the Global Head of Solutions
You have 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the media monitoring industry, in a communication/PR agency, or a marketing/communications technology companyYou have gained experience in a business development, sales or customer success roleYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiencesYou have a university degree or an equivalent qualificationYou are fluent in English, any other languages would be assets
