We are looking for an Accounting & Administration Manager to further strengthen our Finance & Administration Team and contribute to the success of our company. The job is based in central Luxembourg.

There is a need for somebody to autonomously take control of the Accounting function and to give support to the CFO and the Finance & Administration team. The role is wide ranging, so needs a confident all round person who is happy to take the initiative.
As an Accounting & Administration Manager, you will:
Supervise a small teamBe responsible for overall bookkeeping, monitoring, and maintaining the books and records of the Firm’s entities, including the preparation of statutory and consolidated P&L and balance sheet under Lux GAAPManage all aspects of the accounts function on a daily basis, including timely and accurate monthly closings, preparation of monthly reporting and the reconciliation of accountsBe in charge of audit preparationManage the payroll administration process undertaken by external fiduciariesLiaise with third parties such as external auditors, fiduciaries, bankers and others, as requiredVAT submissions and tax returnsParticipate in ad-hoc projects and queriesProvide input into how to improve procedures and systems
We are looking for you:
You have +5 years of experience in accounting under Lux GAAPYou have a university degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related fieldYou are fluent in English. German is a strong advantageYou have a good knowledge of Sage BOB 50 accounting tool and MS Office. Excellent Excel skillsYou have a good understanding of consolidation (knowledge of Sigma Conso is a plus)You are highly organized, proactive, flexible, reliable and have keenness for detailYou are a team-player, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
