Manage and build overall email marketing strategy and the lead journeyImplement, execute, and measure email campaigns to drive business performance from the existing databaseIdentify target audiences for specific campaigns and tailor programs and messaging accordinglyOwn the email calendar and coordinate with other marketing teams to ensure its executionLeverage marketing automation tool to execute email campaigns, drive leads and help engage our existing leads and customersContinually track campaign results, A/B test, analyse, report and refine marketing campaigns to maximize ROIDevelop and manage processes/integration with CRM toolsCreate scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign setup, conversion, nurturing and database managementIdentify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvementDrive continued innovation and stay updated with new advances and best practices in email marketing
Considerable experience delivering email marketing campaigns on either agency or client-side – this is a hands-on position and while we are open to a range of associated backgrounds we are looking for someone to take significant ownership2-3 years of experience with a marketing automation tool, preferably Hubspot or MarketoExperience in Salesforce is a plusAbility to join technical understanding with creative skills and an appreciation of customer experience and conversion. Lead scoring, nurturing, etc..Adept in managing multiple projects and stakeholdersStrong testing design and implementationStrong Excel competency, comfortable working with complex data and with analyticsA problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindsetFluent English
