At Talkwalker, we are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to join our high- impact Go-to-Market (GTM) team that drives sales strategy and planning, delivers strategic analyses and instills operational difficulty to our successful fast-growing Global Sales business!
The ideal candidate has a passion for driving key objectives for the business and turning data driven insights into actions. This person excels at balancing strategic planning with execution and is very comfortable getting their hands dirty. You will report into our Chief Operating Officer.
Serve as a trusted business partner to the Sales Leadership Team (COO & CSO) by defining, tracking, and implementing business objectives, initiatives, strategies, tactics, and processes that scalePartner with Global Sales Leadership to evolve GTM strategy and organizational designDrive annual GTM planning process (FY and long-range modeling, investment ROI analysis, HC planning, quota and capacity setting, territory planning and carve)Own and improve forecasting process (FY, long-range, and weekly modeling)Lead executive analyses, strategies, and deliverables (e.g., board materials, QBR)Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business (health of business reviews, sales efficiency and productivity key performance metrics, dashboards)Help build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting foundationDrive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scaleSupport special business projects. Structure business problems, evaluate options, implement meaningful recommendations, and track success
10+ years of sales operations and strategy experience (strategy consulting, business operations, Enterprise SaaS experience a plus)Strong analytical skills and discernment. Ability and passion to analyze, set priorities, and tackle sophisticated business problemsEffective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Propensity to synthesize sophisticated concepts and data and present clear information to executives, cross-functional teams, and internal customersData specialist: Querying and scoping (SQL, BigQuery), analysis (Excel), summarizing (pivot tables, charts, slides, written explanation, reporting ,dashboards, repositories)Proficient in BI and sales tools (Salesforce, Tableau)Self-starter driven by results with the ability to multitask.
