We are looking for an innovative Customer Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive our customer marketing strategy across the organization. Balancing creativity and business results — you will strive to connect, instill trust, and inspire our community. Determined to engage our customers, you own client communications and develop initiatives that drive awareness, advocacy and adoption across a multitude of channels.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the overall planning, impact and effective alignment of customer marketing activities (marketing organization and non-marketing functions) to drive a consistent and convincing message across channels;Develop a Talkwalker customer advocacy program across the globe, including a case study (video and text) and review pipeline, and the organization of community events, in close collaboration with our customer success and care teams;Manage event budget and conduct final written analysis of show ROI to determine event success and adapt future strategy;Develop close relationships with our best clients and create mutually beneficial marketing activities (webinars, participation to clients events, etc); Work closely with the directors of Brand, Storytelling, Product Marketing and Demand Generation, as well as our regional marketing teams, to ensure all customer marketing communications are hitting the right clients at the right time, with the right messages;Work closely with our ABM lead to define programs that will delight our clients, and expand adoption of the Talkwalker platform across their organization;Report and analyze data in Google Analytics, Talkwalker Social Intelligence and Salesforce on a weekly, monthly, and more extensively, quarterly, basis and adapt business strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in facilitating effective B2B customer marketing strategies and/or influencer and community programs, ideally in the SaaS industry;Experience of developing, implementing and delivering communication and event strategies;Ability to enable data-driven decisions and show a deep interest and comfort working with ROI and metric-driven models;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of producing case studies, presenting at events, and moderating customer panels;Ability to think outside of the box and find creative and unorthodox program solutions that give the brand its edge;Team player with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner, be self-motivated and proactive, and display composure and calmness under stress and uncertainty while inspiring the same in others;Your English is native level; second language (French, German or Spanish) would be a plus.
