They are seen as the internal and external consultants for customers, prospects and internal employees. Solutions provides strategic advice and are the industry (and product) experts for sales, marketing, product and customer success teams across Talkwalker.

The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

The Knowledge team’s purpose is to provide a user experience that enables our users to achieve success in their daily work by providing them the right answers at the right time. We create an environment where our users can easily navigate and find answers to their questions about our Consumer Intelligence Acceleration PlatformTM,, our products and how they can be tied to business outcomes. The team works closely with other stakeholders to ensure that the overall experience is meeting or exceeding user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively work on improving user experience on our knowledge bases. 
  • Create and publish content to our knowledge bases. 
  • Review and update content following a review schedule.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that content stays relevant to our users.
  • Be a part of the release processes to ensure that our internal and external users are enabled in a timely manner.
  • Manage the backend of our knowledge base software.
  • Research and internal information gathering, collaborating with subject matter experts when relevant.
  • Qualifications:

  • You have experience working in the SaaS industry.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • You have technical writing skills as well as the capability of translating technical concepts into laymen's terms and value propositions.
  • You have previous experience in working with knowledge base software and database management systems.
  • You are able to work independently and take ownership of your projects.
  • You have a university degree, preferably related to business or communication. 
  • Your English level is native, any other language is a plus.
