Key responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for your internal stakeholderMap our recruitment needs, plan and implement the appropriate sourcing strategyManage the candidate searchManage the complete recruitment processGenerate employment offers, manage salary negotiations Provide relevant metrics on recruitment activity and budgetAssist with the on-boarding of new hiresParticipate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks
Qualifications:
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or agency with a focus on Sales profiles preferably in SaaSYou love Linkedin and have a strong knowledge of the toolYou do not believe that job boards only will provide the best candidatesYou like sourcing candidates from abroad You have good negotiation skills & persuasion forceYou are fluent in English and any other language is a plus
