The solutions team is the connector and collaborator across all Talkwalker departments, sharing best practices and providing high-level expertise internally and externally. The department knows the personas we sell to and the Industry (Communications, Digital Marketing, Research and Social Listening. We are digital storytellers, and seen as a trusted advisor, with the ability to articulate the challenge, solution and value and integrate them into the conversations with clients and prospects. The team understands how to apply Protect, Measure and Promote knowledge across an organization. They run, organize and plans POCs, presentations to clients, dashboard presentations and participates in QBR meetings.

5-8+ years experience in the following industries: media monitoring, consumer insights/market research, communication, or marketingUsed a social listening tool previously (mandatory)You have project management experienceExperience in the digital landscapeAt ease with analysis and have relevant experience in deriving insights from large data setsGained experience in a business development, sales or customer success roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting to large and small audiencesYou have a university degree or an equivalent qualificationFluent in English and German; other EU languages are considered as assetsYou have a ''can do'' mentality and go above and beyondWillingness to travel
